I'm thankful that the blood of Jesus cleanses me when I come to His fountain open for sin and uncleanness- every time!!! May we be as grateful for our Savior and His love as these poor mislead people are of this mere man whose blood has not, and cannot, save anyone.
Suppose a faithful Romanist had the chance to see one of the following, and only one:
1) A vial of JP's blood
2) A meeting with the current Pope
Based on Romanist theology, which one has more value? The answer, as far as I understand Romanism is the former. My gut tells me though most Romanists would choose the later.

ReplyDeleteAside from the inherent idolatry and superstition, what if there was a mix-up in the blood sample? That's another problem with the cult of relicts.
ReplyDeleteMy question would be thus:

Which one is rarer?
ReplyDeleteAnd which will get you more time off Purgatory?

ReplyDeleteIt's not as grotesque as the cult of the holy foreskin. So they got that goin' for them. Which is nice.
