Homosexuality: An unpleasant subject, but necessary to be equipped with answers

Denny Burk has 2 recent blog articles exposing the “gender neutral” agenda that is part of the larger homosexual social and political agenda.

1. This is a form of child abuse to this poor baby:

2. Teaching the far left liberal agenda on gender in public schools:

Other good resources:

3. The Same Sex Controversy, by James R. White and Jeffery D. Niell

The best one book on the Biblical issues and refuting the faulty hermeneutics of the homosexuals who try and twist the Bible into saying that homosexuality is not a sin.

4. A Queer Thing Happened to America, by Michael Brown

(I have not read this book yet, but I have heard the interview that Dr. White had with Dr. Michael Brown on this book on some recent Dividing Line programs, and it sounds like it is very important in understanding the social issues going on the public schools, media, culture, medical and science perspectives.

5. Homosexuality and the Politics of Truth, by Jeffery Satinover, M.D.

I read this book years ago, by a Jewish Medical doctor and Psychiatrist, who is not an evangelical Christian. It has very useful information to combat those who try and bring science on their side and won’t listen to anything Scriptural or from a Christian author or perspective. We should still use the word of God and Scripture in our witness, but using the scientific information in this book would also be helpful, in my opinion, to perhaps get people to listen more or to cause them to think about these things intelligently.

6. Sex and the Supremacy of Christ, edited by John Piper and Justin Taylor

The whole book is excellent, and Al Mohler has a chapter on homosexuality.

7. Justin Taylor’s links to Robert P. George’s (with others) articles on the issue of so called “gay civil marriage”.

8. Robert Gagnon’s web-site and resources on the issue:
( I don’t know where Gagnon comes from on many other issues (but see below); but he seems to take a proper Biblical stand against homosexuality.)

“Conservapedia” writes this about Robert Gagnon:
http://www.conservapedia.com/Robert_Gagnon

"Robert A. J. Gagnon is Associate Professor of New Testament at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and prolific author on the subject of Homosexuality and the Bible, in which he upholds the traditional Biblical position. He is also an ordained elder at a Presbyterian Church (USA) in Pittsburgh.
While being the most prolific writer upholding the historical/traditional Biblical position on homosexual relations, Gagnon holds to the controversial Documentary Source Hypothesis, [ Ken comments, since there is no link to it anymore - it is the JEPD theory of Julius Wellhausen] which is usually more associated with liberal Christianity.[2][3]
As a result of his work, Gagnon has been subject to much scorn, as well as some grudging respect from his opponents.
Despite his impressive credentials, Gagnon was not allowed to be called a scholar on the Wikipedia article on David and Jonathan, due to his work refuting pro-homosexual arguments.[4] "
